The following information will help you in preparing your projects for the best possible printing quality.

File Types
We accept most graphics formats. However, we work fastest with a press-quality PDF file. Some charges may apply if your files require troubleshooting. Prepress design work is billed at the rate of $80 per hour. See our terms and conditions for details.

Basic Instructions
Make sure you are using high resolution or vector based artwork whenever possible. Our offset printing presses require 300 dpi images for ideal output. Our wide format printer and digital press can generate acceptable output with as little as 120 dpi. When passing along your files, please include all assets, such as linked graphics and used fonts. A printed sample of how the document should look is very helpful. Make press-quality PDF files whenever possible.
